Today Willa and I walked down Hollywood Blvd. and visited the ghosts of all the old stars. Willa was unimpressed until I pointed to Judy Garland's handprints in the cement at Grauman's Chinese Theater and said, "Look, it's Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz." Then she got into it.

We posed for a picture with an Elmo who smelled like a brewery. He was also wearing a fanny pack, into which he stuffed the dollar he required as his fee.
