Talia's Electric Boogaloo

Weekend

Saturday begins with early soccer game. Willa scores 2 goals, but the team loses 6 to 3. Then it's off to Canoga Park for Circus Vargas, followed by dinner with the Slobigs. Later it's beers with Ken at the Red Lion. Willa has a playdate on Sunday. We're in the pool, we're in the yard, we're shooting hoops, we're throwing the ball for Sami.

A New Season

Our weekends will now be spent following these 2 athletes. This is Talia's first year for soccer, and her team is called the Hummingbirds. Willa is now playing with the big girls in the 8-10 yr division. Her team is called the Invincibles.

First Day of School

Talia starts kindergarten and Willa moves on to 3rd grade! Here they are in their first-day outfits.

Pam & Michael Visit

Our guesthouse finally got some visitors! I took some days off work to hang out with these guys by the pool. We played many games of dominos and we even made it to the Getty.

Tal Leaves L.A.

A sad farewell as Tal migrates to Tobacco Road. The girls gave him our traditional bon voyage - they raced his car down the street.
